It will be sent to the department manager for review and they can ask the purchase department to raise a PO for the same. To create a PO, the purchase executive fills in the details in the template and the PO is sent to the supplier as a pdf attachment on mail.
How Purchase Mgmt.(PR+PO), Works
STEP 1: Open the PR application and fill in the requirements and submit
STEP 2: The manager gets an email to approve or reject the PR
STEP 3: If approved, the purchase department will make PO which is automatically mailed to supplier
